🌐 Visit Our Website →999 or named "POS". If your business doesn't have one yet, create it here.
Do this once per business, not every session.
999 or named "POS" exists, click Create Default "POS" Customer. Walk-in sales post against this customer; the person's name/phone (if typed) is saved in the invoice description. The Setup screen also explains how the POS tells cash from bank accounts.Add items three ways: scan/type a barcode or code and press Enter; type to search and pick from the dropdown; or tap a tile in the Quick Add panel (Inventory / Non-Inventory tabs). An unrecognized code prompts you to create the item on the spot.
Edit the cart: change Qty, Price (this sale only), or type a line Total to back-calculate Qty. Remove a line with ×, or Clear the cart.
Pick a customer (or leave it on the walk-in default), choose a payment method (cash accounts listed first), optionally type a walk-in name/phone, then click Complete Sale. A reference (POS-YYMMDD-HHMMSS) is generated automatically.
Click 🗄 Register. A live, read-only view of one day — every figure is computed from real Manager transactions each time you open or refresh it.
Change the date with the picker, ↻ Refresh to re-pull, or 🖨 Print Day Summary — which uses the exact same calculation as the on-screen register.
Cash vs bank: You choose which account(s) are your physical cash drawer in ⚙ Setup → Cash Drawer Accounts. Only those count as cash; everything else is bank. Nothing is guessed — if none are selected, the Day Register asks you to configure them first rather than showing a possibly-wrong cash figure.
Click 🕘 History to search across all invoices by date range and/or ref/customer text (press Enter or click Filter). Same cards and actions as the Register. If more than 500 match, narrow the range. ↻ Refresh re-fetches from Manager.
Click 📈 Analysis, pick a range, and get invoice count, quantity sold, average sale value, total revenue, top 10 items by revenue and by quantity, and a day-by-day breakdown — all computed in your browser.
To return goods: use ↩ Returns search, or the ↩ Return button on any invoice card. Enter the quantity per line (can't exceed what's un-returned), confirm date/reference, and post — this creates a real Credit Note.
When Receipts + Returns exceed what was owed, the invoice shows a Credit balance. Click 💳 Adjust to either Refund to Customer (a real Payment from a chosen account) or Apply to Another Invoice (a balanced Journal Entry).
Click ✎ next to any invoice reference to change its Reference, Issue Date, existing line Qty/Price, remove lines, or add a brand-new line. Click Save Changes to write back. Note: editing a paid invoice's total does not adjust Receipts already recorded — check those separately.
